Whilst we have our own Quality Control Inspectors in all areas where we have goods produced, we also have a full Quality Control team based at our Glasgow Head Office. Our Glasgow Team assesses all new products before we confirm orders to manufacturers to ensure that the quality will be of a suitably high standard as required by our customers.
Inspection schedules are prepared for all products to advise our overseas QC Inspectors of what they should be checking, our Glasgow based team then inspect all incoming goods a second time and also all products being sent out to customers to ensure that they reach all the customer’s requirements regarding quality, labeling and packaging.
