The rapid success of Premier Housewares LLP meant that we quickly outgrew our original warehouse facilities, which could not cope with the levels of business activity being achieved by our third year of operation. In 1993 we acquired a 10-acre site based on the banks of the River Clyde, close to the heart of Glasgow and our new premises were opened in 1994 by the Scottish Minister for Trade and Industry. Recent years have seen further investment in our Glasgow Office, with the latest developments being completed in Summer 2004 when our warehousing and stock holding facilities were increased to a capacity of 50,000 pallets. We also opened our purpose built, 8,000 sq ft, showroom giving customers an ideal environment to view our products in surroundings similar to those created in the stores in which they are sold.
