The Premier Glasgow Head Office is home to our two showrooms. Furniture, living accessories and lighting are displayed over 7000 sq ft, throughout 10 room sets and open plan display areas. Our kitchen, bathroom accessories and utility products are displayed in an additional 8000 sq ft showroom. Visit the Premier showrooms to appreciate the extent of our range and gain expert advice and knowledge from our Sales Managers.

Orders are taken electronically, transmitted to head office, and converted to a despatch note within minutes, ensuring that customers receive a fast and efficient service at all times. Recent improvements to our warehouse and stock control system have seen our stock holding facility increase to 50,000 pallets on site, enabling us to offer quick deliveries to all customers. Our new computer and warehouse management system operates on a radio frequency scanning system, providing live time picking and stock control. Premier aim to turn an order around in 24 hours, and thanks to our computerised warehouse, we have no problems meeting these targets under normal circumstances.



Whilst we have our own Quality Control Inspectors in all areas where goods are produced, we also have a full Quality Control team based at our Glasgow Head Office. Our Glasgow Team assesses all new products before orders are confirmed with manufacturers to ensure that the quality will be of a suitably high standard as required by our customers. Inspection schedules are prepared for all products to advise our overseas QC Inspectors the appropriate criteria for checking each product. Further to this, our Glasgow based team then inspect all incoming goods thus ensuring that they reach all the customer’s requirements regarding quality, labelling and packaging.


The Premier Marketing Department concentrates on increasing awareness of the company and its sub brands, through establishing new relationships with potential customers and developing relationships with existing customers via direct mail, e-mail marketing, the Premier website and trade publications. The Premier Accounts department have a dedicated team to take care of credit control, accounts and returns. We have two fully qualified chartered accountants working for the company along with a team of staff in credit control and accounts. At anytime we are able to give customers any details which they may require regarding their account.


The Premier IT team keep the hardware and software systems working efficiently and are responsible for the sales team’s handheld scanners. This is vital as the scanners provide essential information regarding customers and products, whilst allowing orders to be taken and transmitted to Head Office. It is IT’s priority to improve network speed to all network equipment to enable maximum efficiency in all aspects of the Premier Head Office.
